Please refer to the following parameters related to XPRESS PARTS. If you are not sure that your project falls within these guidelines, please contact your salesperson for assistance.

• Part dimensions may not exceed 3.500” x 5.500” in size and up to 1.000” deep with the depth being the direction of the mold opening.


• Next Day Parts must be straight pull with no more than 100 surfaces or faces and the parting line may have a slight contour but no contoured ejector pins. The surface finish must be SPI-D3.


• Parts with a 4-5 day turnaround may have up to 500 surfaces and up to 2 sidepulls with SPI-A3 finish available.


• Parts must consist of a general purpose resin such as ABS, PC, PC+ABS, Nylon, Acetel, PolyPro, Acrylic, PBT, HDPE, LDPE, TPE, TPU, LCP, Glass Filled and Fiber Filled grades. Parts must be black or natural but some stock colors are available.


• A Purchase Order (PO)* and 3D CAD file must to be submitted via fax or e-mail by 12:00 pm EST on the start date of your project and your parts will ship on the next business day or up to 5 days depending on your requirements and your part.


• All orders will ship via FedEx or UPS.


• First shots limited to 60 pieces with unlimited quantities available thereafter.


• Ejector or gate layouts will be determined by Xcentric Mold for 1 – 2 day XPRESS PARTS shipments. For 3 – 5 day shipments, layouts will be submitted to the customer for approval and must be responded to within 2 hours of the time and day they are submitted from Xcentric to you. If the ejector and gate layouts are important, they must be agreed upon prior to the PO.


• Xcentric Mold reserves the right on rare occasion to defer XPRESS PARTS projects due to high demand or maximum capacity. Please feel free to contact our sales staff for timing and availability.


• All Xpress Parts tools are property of Xcentric Mold and not owned by the customer


• If your part does not fit within the above parameters that is not a problem, Xcentric Mold can help you with your injection molding project. No matter how complex your part or if you have an assembly requiring multiple parts.

* If you are a current Xcentric Mold customer, A PO number is sufficient to start processing your order. All new customers may place an
   XPRESS PARTS order with a credit card or by establishing credit with Xcentric Mold prior to your order.
